We're in Roseville, California, which is just East of Sacramento. We also have warehouses around the country from which we ship.

Q: When will my order arrive?

You have several shipping options when you place your order. For regular ground shipping to the lower 48 states, you can expect to receive your parts within 5 business days. Shipping time varies depending on your distance from our nearest warehouse. Call for more details or information about international shipping.

Q: What is a core charge?

Some parts you purchase require you send us your old part. A core charge is simply a deposit that is refunded to you when your old part is received by us.

Q: Is there a warranty on parts?

Warranties vary, so check our website or give us a call for details. Plus, most parts include a 30 day return policy. Of course, everything we sell also includes our Sinister Satisfaction Guarantee.

Shipping Policies

Q: When will my order ship?

Orders received by 2PM Pacific time (business days M-F, holidays excluded) typically are processed the same day received; however, manufacturing times, back orders, and other factors may delay processing and shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping options. Back ordered, build to order, specialty items and other parts may require additional time for processing and fulfillment. Shipping delays can occur when the wrong address, zip code or other errors are submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company cannot deliver the package we will contact you via phone or e-mail. For UPS shipments you can track the progress of your order by entering the tracking number on our website here: Sinister Diesel UPS Tracking.

Shipping delivery times including next day and expedited shipping are based on business days (Monday-Friday). While most orders placed after 3pm PST Friday, on the weekend or on holidays process and ship the next business day, some orders may be delayed and ship later due to manufacturing times, back orders, and other factors. Confirmations and tracking numbers are sent after orders have been processed and shipped.

Q: What shipping options are available?

Sinister Diesel offers our customers the option of selecting Standard Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Early AM, and Saturday through either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipments in the continental U.S. All shipment times are based upon business days (M-F, holidays excluded). Please call to verify any Expedited shipping.

Q: How are returns handled?

If an items needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and should obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact our Customer Service Department at 888-966-6543 to discuss the reason for the return and make the necessary arrangements. The amount of the refund will be based on the purchase price of your products and may include a restocking fee.

Q: Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping times and charges may vary. Customers are responsible for compliance with relevant customs regulations and fees.

Q: Do any restrictions apply?

Some shipments such as oversize packages and truck freight items may require other shipping methods and terms. Items that qualify for free ground shipping only for lower U.S. 48 states.

Q: What are your international shipping policies?

International orders must have matching billing and shipping address. All orders may be subject to additional Customs fees. Canadian orders shipped via UPS may also be subject to UPS brokerage fees. Please check with your country's Customs policies before placing an order. Also, please visit www.ups.com for more information on UPS brokerage fees (Orders to Canada only). USPS is typically a 7-15 day service to Canada. Customer is fully responsible for all additional fees your order may incur. With international shipping, the destination country will charge duties and import taxes on the shipment. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and can be paid with cash or check. Shipping carrier collects these fees on delivery. Not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.
