This Sinister Diesel 6.0l Powerstroke EGR Delete Kit for the 2003-2007 Ford Super Duty completely replaces your factory-installed 6.0 EGR valve (exhaust gas recirculation) and EGR cooler system, giving you faster turbo spool and lower exhaust gas temperatures.

The Sinister Diesel 6.0l Powerstroke EGR Delete Kit is made from 304 stainless steel and machined billet aluminum and has been fully pressure tested to ensure unrivaled durability and leak-free service. This 6.0l Powerstroke EGR Delete Kit also increases the reliability of your Ford 6.0l Powerstroke engine by recirculating engine coolant faster than the stock EGR system and eliminating the exhaust gasses that normally recirculate through your intake manifold, giving you lower engine temperatures and a cleaner intake.

Special Note: Race tuning is required to prevent an illuminated check engine light

I first noticed an issue with the EGR when coolant started showing up under the truck. When we pulled the EGR off it was totally shot. Prior to putting the kit on when we pressure tested the coolant system, it spiked up to almost 20 PSI under full boost, with the blowoff valve not functioning. Ended up getting this kit from Sinister Diesel, along with an oil cooler rebuild kit, and external oil filter kit. Now the pressure stays rock solid at 4PSI even when under WOT. Look good too. Hopefully this will stay off a head gasket / head stud swap for awhile.
