A Fuel Filter That Increases Throttle Response, Fuel Economy and Emissions For Dodge Cummins 1998-1/2 to 2004 5.9L
It's not magic, it's diesel engineering and science coming together to help your truck! Diesel engineers have known about "entrained air" (air you can't see) trapped in diesel fuel for years. The patented AirDog FP-100 Fuel Preporator system removes this air and is the only filtration system that can remove air, water and particulates, while maintaining proper pressure flow to the transfer pump, eliminating cavitation and fuel vapor. The technology has been tested and proven by universities, engineering labs and OEMs like Caterpillar and Cummins. It's a multiple stage system, first removing water, then particulates and air.
Patented Fuel Preporator For 1998 1/2 to 2004 Dodge Cummins 5.9L External Pump
If you're not familiar with the Preporator and are skeptical of the results, we were, too, until we tested it in our own trucks. The Preporator's design has been proven by over a million miles of testing and verified by EPA and CARB-certified labs. It removes air that is normally trapped in your diesel fuel. In fact, your fuel contains about 10% entrained air! Don't feed your diesel engine just 90% of the fuel it needs, give it the full 100%. That's how the FP-100 Preporator makes your throttle response crisper and improves your torque output. It improves fuel economy and reduces emissions at the same time.
For 1998 1/2, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 Dodge Ram trucks with 5.9L Cummins diesel engine and without the in-tank fuel pump. The excess fuel not needed by the engine is released through the pressure regulator to combine with the air/vapor and foam as it returns to the fuel tank. The regulator controls the fuel pressure to the engine.
