Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our assembly team as an Assembly Team Member. As a member of our manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in assembling and manufacturing our high-quality products. You will work closely with a team of professionals and contribute to ensuring the timely completion of production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Assemble components and parts accurately and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform various fabrication duties as assigned by the area supervisor.
• Must adhere to company and machine safety guidelines, rules, and procedures.
• Read and understand basic drawings, sketches, materials, and use of tools correctly.
• Taking/Reading accurate measurements of various materials and instruments.
• Safely operate various production machines and tools to complete tasks.
• Maintaining and cleaning work areas, production machinery, and tools.
• Attend safety, training, and team meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability and flexibility to learn production-related tasks.
• Organized, dependable, and punctual team player.
• Attention to detail, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Our shop requires you to be able to cut, drill, and measure accurately. Grind parts to a flat finish, notch, deburr, and prep tubes.

Pay will rise depending on skill level and work ethic.

Job Description: Sinister Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of performance automotive parts, is seeking one highly motivated, enthusiastic applicant to join our growing team in our Shipping and Receiving department. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, dedicated, thrives in a fast pace environment, and has a want to grow within our company. This role is responsible for shipping and receiving duties that may include, receipt of materials, preparing and staging items to be shipped, organizing in-coming product, stocking product, picking and pulling orders.

Responsibilities:

• **Order Processing:** Reviewing orders and preparing them for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• **Packing**: Carefully packing products according to established guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
• **Labeling Shipments**: Printing and affixing shipping labels to packages, ensuring that they are properly addressed and meet carrier requirements.
• Loading and Unloading: Assisting with loading shipments onto trucks or other vehicles and unloading incoming shipments.
• Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, notifying supervisors of shortages, and assisting with inventory counts.
• Shipping Documentation: Preparing and managing all necessary shipping documents, such as packing lists, invoices, and customs forms.
