Diesel Sales Growth is Any Which Way But Down

Diesel on the rise 


With almost 95,000 diesel-powered vehicles sold last year, consumers are driving growth in the diesel market and truck manufacturers have noticed. As a result, several are announcing more models coming this year.

In the U.S. a wide variety of diesel-powered vehicles are currently available with additional models on the way. Even the F-150, America’s best-selling passenger vehicle, will have a diesel option next model year. Hyundai and Kia have stated their plans to bring diesel options to the U.S. as well.


This new generation of diesel will include advanced engines with better performance and cleaner diesel fuel.
