This magnetic drain plug from PPE is a universal fit transmission drain plug that catches metallic material as it flows through the transmission casing – keeping those metal bits from clogging the valve body. Clean it off every time you change your fluid – and if you notice a bunch of material on the plug, you know it’s probably time for a rebuild.
This plug is one inch in diameter, is made from stainless steel, fitted with a Viton o-ring for longevity, and a high-strength neodymium magnet to pull as many particles out of the fluid as possible. It’s a simple thing, but one that can save you in time and money down the road.
