From the right size fasteners to a complete set of correct gaskets, we take all the guesswork out of strengthening your engine and sealing it against leaks.

Complete Duramax Head Stud and Gasket Kits

This kit is designed to fit the 2006-2007 Duramax LLY/LBZ engines and includes:

  • Grade C MLS Head Gaskets 
  • Cylinder Head Gasket Kit 
Since 1968, ARP has been the most trusted name in bullet-proof fasteners by racing professionals in NHRA, NASCAR, and Formula 1. Their Pro Series cylinder head studs are cold-forged and heat-treated before machining and are rated to hold a staggering 220,000 psi of pressure. The higher clamp loads that ARP studs can provide over stock head bolds will keep your head gaskets from leaking and are cheap insurance to prevent engine failure. ARP stud kits also come complete with nuts and hardened parallel washers for even force distribution on the clamping surface and to ensure accurate torque readings.

Mahle grade C head gaskets are 1.05mm thick and designed to compensate for the material removed when the head is resurfaced. These OEM-quality head gaskets are constructed from multi-layered beaded spring steel around each combustion chamber and oil/coolant passage to increase sealing pressure along with an extra polymer coating that improves the sealing potential and integrity against micro imperfections in the head or engine block deck.

The cylinder head gasket sets come with every gasket needed to seal the cylinder head to other engine components. It includes gaskets for the exhaust manifold, up pipe, upper and lower valve cover, along with valve cover grommets, valve seals, and turbo drain seals.
