When building a diesel engine for performance, optimizing every component is critical. Improving exhaust flow from the cylinder head to the turbo to the tailpipe can mean a big difference in horsepower. Sinister Diesel 7.3L Powerstroke Up Pipes are precision manufactured from stainless steel tubing, solid stainless steel CNC flanges, and include the factory cast merge piece. All seams are TIG welded on a jig fixture for precise fitment tolerances and then back-purged for the highest quality and strongest welds possible.
This Up Pipe kit is designed to fit the 1999.5-2003 7.3L Powerstroke Super Duty and is finished in raw stainless steel. It is also available ceramic coated or wrapped for extra protection, durability, and a clean and stylish appearance.
Notes: We highly suggest also installing our Sinister Diesel Pedestal O-Ring Kit for 1999.5-2003 7.3L Powerstroke at the time of installing your Up-Pipes to ensure a leak free seal.
