Product Overview
The Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe Kit for the 2003–2007 5.9L Cummins is designed to replace the restrictive factory intercooler piping with a stronger, higher-flow system built for performance and reliability.
Factory charge pipes create unnecessary restriction and become a weak point as boost levels increase. This complete system replaces both the hot and cold side piping with mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing, allowing air to move more efficiently through the charge system. The result is improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency under load.
Whether you're towing, daily driving, or running performance modifications, improved airflow through the intercooler system helps your turbocharger operate more efficiently while supporting increased horsepower and torque.
Built for durability, this kit includes heavy-duty 5-ply silicone boots rated at 400 PSI and premium stainless steel spring clamps that maintain a secure seal under demanding conditions. Every pipe is TIG welded and finished in Sinister Blue powder coat for long-term corrosion resistance and a clean, finished appearance under the hood.
