Our Sinister Diesel 6.7L Disaster Prevention Kit will help protect your entire fuel system from the infamous CP4 pump failure. The Factory injection pump (CP4) in the 6.7L Powerstroke is known failing point. When the high pressure fuel pump fails it sends tiny pieces of metal shavings throughout the entire fuel system. The debris in the fuel is recirculated through the fuel system and causes detrimental failure to other parts such as the injectors, pump and will touch every bit of the fuel lines. The CP4 failure results in thousands of dollars in repairs and replaced parts.
Our Sinister Diesel Disaster prevention kit is installed directly to the injection pump (CP4) as well as the fuel return line system. If the CP4 were to fail, out kit has a built in filter system to catch contaminants before reaching vital components. Our system will not restrict flow and will work with stock and aftermarket lift pumps. Like most of our parts, this kit is made right here in the USA using only the best materials and components.
