Product Overview
The Sinister Diesel Intake Elbow for the 1994–1998 5.9L Cummins 12V is a direct upgrade over the restrictive factory elbow, designed to improve airflow and overall engine efficiency.

The stock intake elbow creates unnecessary restriction as air enters the engine. This upgraded design features a larger diameter and smooth mandrel bend, allowing air to flow more efficiently into the intake. The result is improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency—especially under load.

Constructed from durable 6061 aluminum with fully TIG-welded joints and a CNC-machined billet base plate, this intake elbow is built to handle higher boost pressures while maintaining a reliable seal.
