The Sinister Diesel 6.0L Powerstroke Charge Pipe Kit gives you everything you need to upgrade your entire intercooler piping system in one package. This kit includes both the hot and cold side charge pipes, heavy-duty boots, and stainless clamps—saving you money compared to purchasing the parts separately.
The factory intercooler pipes are restrictive and prone to failure, robbing your engine of power. Our kit eliminates those weak points with precision 6061 aluminum tubing that increases airflow, reduces lag, and delivers stronger throttle response.

The TIG-welded aluminum pipes are powder coated in our signature high-gloss Sinister Blue for long-lasting corrosion resistance and a bold engine bay appearance. Heavy-duty 5-ply silicone boots rated at 400 PSI and stainless clamps ensure a secure, leak-free seal under extreme boost. Installation is a simple, direct bolt-on—no cutting or modifications required.
Please Note: The hot-side charge pipe does not fit trucks equipped with the dual alternator option.
