Product Overview
The Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe Kit for the 6.4L Powerstroke is a complete upgrade over the factory intercooler and turbo piping system. Designed to eliminate restrictions in the stock setup, this kit improves airflow, helping your truck run more efficiently while supporting increased power and lower exhaust gas temperatures.

Built from 6061 aluminum with precision mandrel bends, these pipes allow for smoother airflow and better charge system efficiency under load. The result is improved throttle response, better performance under towing conditions, and more consistent power delivery.

This kit includes both hot side pipes and the cold side pipe, giving you a complete solution instead of partial upgrades that leave factory restrictions in place. Paired with high-strength 5-ply silicone boots and stainless steel spring clamps, the system is built to maintain a consistent seal and reliable performance under boost.

Finished in Sinister Blue powder coat, this kit not only performs but adds a clean, finished look under the hood.

Installation is straightforward using basic hand tools with no cutting or modifications required.
