Product Overview
The Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe Kit is designed to replace the restrictive factory intercooler piping on the 6.7L Powerstroke with a stronger, higher-flow system engineered for performance and reliability.
Factory charge pipes are a known weak point on the 6.7L Powerstroke. Over time, factory components can fatigue, crack, or develop boost leaks that reduce performance and reliability—especially on trucks used for towing, hauling, tuning, or long-term ownership.
This complete system replaces both the hot side and cold side charge pipes with mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing, allowing air to move more efficiently through the charge air system. The result is improved turbo efficiency, stronger boost delivery, enhanced throttle response, and more consistent performance under load.
Whether your truck is stock or modified, improved airflow through the intercooler system helps the turbocharger operate more efficiently while supporting increased horsepower and torque. The larger, smoother airflow path reduces restriction and eliminates common factory weak points, making this one of the most popular upgrades for the 6.7L Powerstroke platform.
The kit includes heavy-duty 5-ply silicone boots rated to 400 PSI along with premium stainless steel spring clamps to maintain a secure, leak-free seal under demanding conditions. Every pipe is back-purge TIG welded and finished in a durable Sinister Matte Gray powder coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance and a clean factory-inspired appearance.
