The Sinister Diesel Cold Air Intake for the 2017–2019 6.7L Powerstroke is a proven upgrade designed to improve airflow, efficiency, and overall engine performance while remaining fully CARB compliant for 50-state legality.
The factory intake system can be restrictive, limiting how efficiently your engine pulls in air. This system replaces it with smooth mandrel-bent aluminum tubing and a high-flow filter, allowing your engine to breathe easier and operate more efficiently under all driving conditions.
This open air intake continues to utilize the factory-designed flow ports that pull in fresh, clean, cooler air from outside the engine bay. Most aftermarket plastic box-style intakes offer minimal protection from engine heat while still restricting airflow. By maintaining the factory air path and increasing airflow volume, this intake has shown intake air temperatures below factory levels in real-world testing.
The result is improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency—especially under heavy loads where airflow demand is highest.
Built from durable 6061 aluminum and finished in Sinister Blue powder coat, this intake is designed to handle daily driving, towing, and performance use while adding a clean, aggressive look under the hood.
