Product Overview
The 2023+ 6.7L Powerstroke High Output engine operates at increased factory boost levels, placing greater demand on the charge air system. The factory hot-side pipe measures only 2.5 inches in diameter, creating a restriction point as airflow demand rises.
Sinister Diesel upgrades the system to a full 3" mandrel-bent, TIG-welded aluminum pipe engineered to reduce restriction and improve overall charge system efficiency.
Independent airflow testing confirms up to 61% less restriction compared to factory piping.
Lower restriction means the turbo does not have to work as hard to reach target boost — improving airflow efficiency under towing, heavy load, or tuned conditions.
This High Output version includes the proper temperature sensor provision to ensure seamless OEM integration and correct sensor placement.
More aluminum means more strength. Aluminum maintains its shape under pressure, preserving consistent airflow characteristics and improving structural integrity under higher boost levels.
Unlike many competitors, Sinister Diesel includes a new O-ring and retaining clip. Many single-pipe upgrades require reusing factory sealing components that have been heat-cycled and fatigued, increasing the risk of boost leaks.
