Upgrade your 2011–2016 6.6L Duramax LML with the Sinister Diesel Intake Bridge and Charge Pipe Kit—a complete solution designed to eliminate restrictions in both the intake and charge system.
The factory intake bridge and intercooler piping create unnecessary airflow restrictions that limit performance. This kit replaces those components with larger diameter, smooth mandrel-bent aluminum tubing to improve airflow and overall engine efficiency.
The intake bridge is engineered to optimize airflow after the throttle valve and heater, reducing turbulence and restriction where it matters most. Paired with the upgraded hot side charge pipe, this system allows air to move more efficiently through the charge system—resulting in improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency, especially under heavy loads.
Built from 6061 aluminum and fully TIG-welded with CNC-machined billet flanges, this kit is designed to handle demanding conditions while maintaining long-term reliability. High-strength 5-ply silicone boots and stainless steel spring clamps ensure a secure, consistent seal under boost.
Finished in Sinister Blue powder coat, this kit delivers both performance and a clean, finished look under the hood.
Installation is straightforward with a direct-fit design requiring no cutting or modifications.
