Product Overview
The Sinister Diesel Hot Side Charge Pipe Kit for the 6.4L Powerstroke is designed to replace the restrictive factory piping between the turbocharger and intercooler with a stronger, higher-flow system built for performance and reliability.
The factory hot side piping creates unnecessary restriction and becomes a common weak point under higher boost and towing conditions. This upgraded system uses mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing to allow air to move more efficiently through the charge system. The result is improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency under load.
Built for durability, this kit includes high-strength 4-ply silicone boots rated at 400 PSI along with stainless steel spring clamps to maintain a secure, leak-free seal under boost. Every pipe is fully TIG welded and finished in Sinister Blue powder coat for long-term corrosion resistance and a clean, finished appearance under the hood.
Installation is straightforward with a direct bolt-on design requiring no cutting or modifications.
