Fits 2003–2004 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550 Super Duty and Ford Excursion equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke and factory round-style EGR cooler.
This kit will NOT fit later 2004.5–2007 models equipped with the square-style EGR cooler.

Product Overview
The Sinister Diesel Basic Solution™ Kit is designed to address two of the most common failure points on the early 6.0L Powerstroke—the oil cooler and EGR cooler.
When the factory oil cooler begins to plug with debris and casting sand, coolant flow through the cooler is reduced. As coolant flow decreases, EGR cooler temperatures rise, often leading to EGR cooler failure, coolant loss, white smoke, overheating concerns, and expensive repairs.
This kit combines the essential components needed to replace those failure-prone parts while providing the gaskets, seals, and hardware necessary to complete the job correctly the first time.
