Product Overview
The Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe Kit for the 6.0L Powerstroke is a complete upgrade designed to replace the restrictive factory intercooler piping system with stronger, higher-flow components built for performance and reliability.
The factory pipes and boots are known weak points on the 6.0 Powerstroke, especially under higher boost and towing conditions. This kit replaces those restrictive factory components with mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing that allows air to move more efficiently through the charge system. The result is improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency—especially under load.
This complete system includes both hot and cold side charge pipes, allowing you to upgrade the entire charge system at once while saving money compared to purchasing the components separately.
Built for durability, the kit includes high-strength 5-ply silicone boots rated at 400 PSI along with stainless steel spring clamps to maintain a secure, leak-free seal under boost. Every pipe is finished in Sinister Blue powder coat for corrosion resistance and a clean, finished look under the hood.
Installation is straightforward with a direct bolt-on design requiring no cutting or modifications.
Fitment Note
The hot side charge pipe does NOT fit trucks equipped with the dual alternator option.
