Product Overview
The Sinister Diesel Cold Air Intake for the 2020–2023 6.7L Powerstroke is designed to improve airflow, efficiency, and overall engine performance by eliminating the restrictions found in the factory intake system.
Using smooth mandrel-bent aluminum tubing and a high-flow filter, this intake allows your engine to pull in more air with less restriction—resulting in improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency, especially under heavy loads.
This open air intake continues to utilize the factory-designed flow ports that bring in fresh, clean, cooler air from outside the engine bay. By maintaining the factory air path while increasing airflow volume, this system maximizes efficiency without relying on restrictive plastic housings. In real-world testing, this design has shown intake air temperatures below factory levels due to increased airflow and proper use of the truck’s original air channels.
Built from durable 6061 aluminum and finished in Sinister Blue powder coat, this intake is designed to handle daily driving, towing, and performance use while adding a clean, aggressive look under the hood.
Installation is quick and straightforward with a true drop-in design using basic hand tools.
