Product Overview
The Sinister Diesel Intake Elbow & Charge Pipe Kit for the 2003–2007 5.9L Cummins is designed to replace restrictive factory intercooler piping and intake components with a stronger, higher-flow system built for performance and reliability.
The factory charge pipe and intake elbow create unnecessary restrictions as air travels from the intercooler into the engine. This complete system replaces those bottlenecks with mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing and a high-flow intake elbow that allows air to move more efficiently through the charge system. The result is improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency under load.
