The Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe Kit with Intake Elbow for the 1999.5–2003 7.3L Powerstroke is a complete upgrade designed to eliminate restrictions in the factory charge system and improve overall engine efficiency.
The stock piping and intake elbow create bottlenecks that limit airflow and reduce performance. This kit replaces those components with larger-diameter mandrel-bent charge pipes and a high-flow intake elbow, allowing air to move more efficiently through the system. The result is improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency—especially under load.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, this system is built to handle heat, pressure, and long-term use in demanding conditions. The included 5-ply silicone boots and stainless steel spring clamps provide a secure, consistent seal to keep the system performing reliably under boost.
Finished in Sinister Blue powder coat, this kit not only improves performance but also adds a clean, finished look under the hood.
