The Sinister Diesel Hot Side Charge Pipe is designed to replace the restrictive factory piping that connects the turbocharger to the intercooler on the 6.7L Powerstroke.
Factory charge pipes are a known weak point, especially on trucks used for towing, performance applications, or long-term ownership. Over time, factory components can fatigue, crack, or develop boost leaks that reduce performance and reliability.
Our upgraded hot side charge pipe is constructed from mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing, providing increased strength while allowing air to flow more efficiently from the turbocharger to the intercooler. The result is improved turbo efficiency, more consistent boost delivery, and enhanced throttle response under load.
The kit includes heavy-duty 5-ply silicone boots rated to 400 PSI along with premium stainless steel spring clamps to ensure a secure, leak-free seal even under demanding conditions.
Every charge pipe is back-purge TIG welded and finished in a durable Sinister Matte Gray powder coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance and a clean factory-inspired appearance under the hood.
