Not compatible with E-Series Vans or Cab & Chassis models.
2003–2004 F-Series & Excursion Owners: This intake elbow may interfere with the factory throttle valve. To verify compatibility, inspect the throttle valve located between the factory intake elbow and the intake manifold. If the throttle valve has electrical wiring connected to it, the valve is active and this intake elbow is not compatible. If there are no electrical wires connected, the valve is non-active and this intake elbow will fit correctly.
Please Note: The hot-side charge pipe is not compatible with trucks equipped with the factory dual alternator option.

Combining our Hot Side Charge Pipe, Cold Side Charge Pipe, and high-flow Hex Intake Elbow into one complete package, this kit replaces multiple factory restrictions while saving you money over purchasing the components individually.
The factory intercooler piping and intake elbow create unnecessary airflow restrictions and are prone to boost leaks as the factory boots age. By replacing these components with CNC mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing and our high-flow billet intake elbow, this system allows your turbocharger to operate more efficiently, delivering quicker spool-up, improved throttle response, and increased airflow under heavy load.
