Product Overview
The Sinister Diesel Hot Side Charge Pipe for the 6.0L Powerstroke is a direct upgrade designed to eliminate restrictions and weak points found in the factory hot side intercooler piping.
The stock hot side pipe is prone to cracking, leaking, and airflow restriction—especially under higher boost and towing conditions. This upgraded system uses mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing to allow air to move more efficiently through the charge system. The result is improved throttle response, more consistent power delivery, and increased turbo efficiency under load.
Built for durability, this kit includes high-strength 5-ply silicone boots rated at 400 PSI along with stainless steel spring clamps to maintain a secure, leak-free seal under boost. Every pipe is TIG welded and finished in Sinister Blue powder coat for long-term corrosion resistance and a clean, finished look under the hood.
Installation is straightforward with a direct bolt-on design requiring no cutting or modifications.
