The Sinister Diesel Hot & Cold Side Boot Kit is designed to replace worn or damaged boots on your Sinister Diesel 6.0L Powerstroke Charge Pipe System.
Charge pipe boots are constantly exposed to heat, oil vapor, pressure cycles, and engine movement. Over time, factory-style rubber boots can become brittle, crack, split, or develop boost leaks that negatively impact performance and reliability.
Our heavy-duty 4-ply silicone boots are engineered to exceed factory specifications and provide long-term durability in demanding diesel applications. Rated to withstand up to 400 PSI burst pressure, these boots are built to handle everything from daily driving and towing to high-performance use.
Combined with premium stainless steel spring clamps, this kit helps maintain a secure seal throughout the entire charge system while preventing boost leaks that can rob your truck of power, efficiency, and turbo performance.
